You send the scope
Job type, address, timeline, budget band. Photos if you have them. We read every request — nothing sits in a queue for a week.

We route it to the right contractor
The request goes to vetted contractors in that trade and service area. They bid it. We come back to you with pricing and a written scope.

Permits get pulled by the contractor
The contractor is the general contractor of record. They pull the permits in their own name, carry their own license and liability insurance, and answer to the building department.

Work runs on the written scope
Anything outside that scope becomes a documented change order — priced and approved by you before anybody picks up a tool.

Quality check and walkthrough
We walk the job before it's called done. Punch list gets closed out, then you sign off.

Sign-off, then payment
You approve the finished work. Payment terms are set in the agreement up front so there's no argument at the end.
We are a referral and booking platform. WhaChaNeed Group LLC connects you with independent contractors and partner businesses. We coordinate the job and hold the standard.
The contractor is the GC of record. They carry their own license and liability insurance, pull the permits in their name, and are responsible for the work performed.
Network partners run their own lanes. Dumpsters, inspections, and other services are independent businesses. Using one is always optional and never required to work with us.
